At Flight Forum, there are two locations where electric shared cars from Drive Amber are available for you. Drive Amber is a car-sharing platform with a fleet of 100% electric BMW i3s for business users. With Amber’s shared cars, you are always mobile, you can go whenever you want, and high taxes, CO2 emissions, and parking problems are a thing of the past.

Amber guarantees that there is always a car or an alternative available for you when you have reserved it. This sets them apart from car pool initiatives organized by companies themselves. This makes Amber a reliable alternative to owning or leasing a car.

Where are the hubs located:

In front of the Holiday-Inn hotel Itility The Amber hub is hard to miss, with its orange parking spots next to the Holiday Inn hotel.

With just one click on the GO Sharing app, you can ride one of the e-scooters, e-bikes, or e-cars that are active in Eindhoven, including Flight Forum. In no time, you can get to Eindhoven Airport, High Tech Campus, or the city center. For a fixed amount per minute, you can ride without noise and without emissions, bypassing the traffic.

Visitors can easily park in the parking garage. The parking garage is publicly accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The maximum clearance height is two meters.

Where is the parking garage?
From the A2, turn onto Anthony Fokkerweg. At the T-junction (just before the viaduct), turn left onto the parallel road (Flight Forum). Follow this parallel road (turn left): the parking garage is located on the left, at Flight Forum 165.

Rates:
€1.25 per 30 minutes. €12.00 from the 7th to the 12th hour. €27.50 from the 12th to the 24th hour. After that, €30.00 per day.

Some companies have their own parking garage and parking spaces, which can be used by both employees and visitors. The following companies have their own parking garage:

• Deloitte: Flight Forum 1

Regular users of the Flight Forum parking garage have the option to purchase a parking subscription for the garage. This subscription is valid 24/7 and the minimum purchase is for 6 months.

Flight Forum offers the option to use a pool subscription (possibly in combination with a company account) for its parking garage. With a pool subscription, the contract holder can purchase ten subscriptions with twenty passes, allowing for greater flexibility in the use of the subscriptions, as twenty different users can utilize the ten parking spaces. If all ten parking spaces are occupied, the eleventh parker will be charged the current short-term parking rate.

These costs will be invoiced based on the parking system’s report after use.

The actual costs will be charged monthly based on usage, with the parking management system’s report being the basis for invoicing.

You have the option as a company to be flexible with the number of chosen subscriptions in your own pool. Both employees and visitors can park within this pool. For the latter, it is possible to make a reservation via a corporate account, which is managed through a web application. When making a reservation, the visitor is granted access to the garage for a certain period based on the license plate provided in advance.

If the account is combined with pool subscriptions, it is also possible to be flexible with the available spaces within the pool. For example, by giving visitors within that pool a parking space in the garage. This makes it possible to make optimal use of the company’s pool.

A reimbursement stamp provides the opportunity to recode a parking ticket, for example to compensate a visitor for parking costs. Of course, a company can also choose to cover the full parking costs for the visitor. The actual transaction costs are invoiced afterwards.

Based on a report from the parking system, an invoice is periodically created. The parking costs are calculated based on the current costs for short-term parking (€ 1.25 including 21% VAT per 30 minutes or part thereof).

The delivery time for a reimbursement stamp is 4-6 weeks.

Purchase of reimbursement stamp (with 4 buttons) is € 1,950 excluding 21% VAT. The parking costs are charged based on the current short-term parking rates, with the report from the parking system being leading. If the invoice amount is less than € 250.00, administration costs will be charged. These administration costs amount to € 9.95 excluding 21% VAT.

Companies have the option to order value cards which can be used to cover the parking costs of their visitors. We offer value cards for 2, 4, and 7-12 hours of parking.

A visitor can ‘pay’ their parking ticket at the payment machine using a value card. For example, it is possible to ‘pay’ for a parking duration of 3.75 hours with two cards of two hours or one card of 4 hours. The value card can only be used once. This means that the remaining parking time loses its value after using the card. A value card is valid for up to six months from the delivery date. Returns are not possible.

Costs

The value cards will be charged based on the applicable short-term parking rates (€1.25 including 21% VAT per 30 minutes or part thereof).

If the invoice amount for the purchase of value cards is lower than €250.00, administrative costs will be charged. These administrative costs are €9.95 excluding 21% VAT.

The delivery time for value cards is one working day. The cards will be delivered to your reception. A signature is required for receipt.
