If you pay attention, you can’t miss them. For several weeks now, orange dots have been appearing all over the square. The dots form the oval border of the green oasis that will be built on the central square next year. By following the orange dots, you can get a good idea of how big it will be.
The raised oval shape will feature trees, grasses, and plants, as well as several squares and seating areas. Over the next few months, we will be making various preparations for the construction of the new square together with the contractor and the construction team. This includes finalizing the design, which will also incorporate all technical aspects. As it stands now, construction is scheduled to begin in January 2023.
