Discover the ‘wild’ side of Flight Forum
Step out of the hustle and bustle of your workday and explore nature right at your doorstep at Flight Forum. We invite you to participate in the Flight Forum Wild Breaks, led by the passionate wildlife ecologist Nuno Curado.
“With the Wild Breaks, I aim to share my enthusiasm and knowledge about urban wildlife so that everyone can take a break from their busy lives and connect with nature, even in a city.”
What are Flight Forum Wild Breaks?
A Wild Break is a 45-minute mini-safari where you discover the hidden flora and fauna at Flight Forum that you might otherwise completely miss. Since over 3200m2 of asphalt has been removed for greenery, the first Oystercatchers and Buzzards have already been spotted. And there is much more to discover!
Whether you’re an avid nature lover or just looking for a relaxed break from your daily routine, the Flight Forum Wild Breaks offer you the chance to completely disconnect from work, stretch your legs, and connect with nature.
The first two Wild Breaks are scheduled for Tuesday, May 7th, and Tuesday, June 4th, from 12:00 to 12:45. If there is enough interest, we will also plan wild breaks in July, August, and September.
Please note: space is limited! There can be a maximum of 18 people per walk. So don’t wait too long to sign up.
