Braintown’s recent initiative involves the acquisition of three office buildings on Flight Forum, further expanding the real estate company’s regional sustainable portfolio. With a clear vision to be a ‘star hotel’ for tenants with an eye for the environment, Braintown has previously acquired iconic buildings in Eindhoven, such as De Witte Dame, The Core, and Donna. These investments have not only contributed to the city’s allure but also to the qualitative improvement of surrounding areas, including the green and vibrant Clausplein.
The recent purchases on Flight Forum reflect Braintown’s commitment to a sustainable work and living environment. Thanks to its favorable location in the Brainport region, this acquisition strengthens our commitment to high-quality facilities that align with the needs of businesses and residents.
Verschuuren & Schreppers Business Brokers from Eindhoven, who played a mediating role in these transactions, emphasize, “We have a lot of confidence in the potential of the area and endorse the future vision of Braintown and Flight Forum.”
We warmly welcome Braintown as a proactive regional partner. We look forward to a fruitful collaboration in the further development of the Flight Forum area.
Future-proof work and living environment
In the coming years, Flight Forum will evolve into a location where work, stay, and (temporary) residence converge. Our focus is on green initiatives to promote relaxation and movement, as well as stimulating public facilities to attract more vibrancy. Within the Flight Forum area, we welcome new forms of business, such as healthcare clinics and educational institutions, to foster diversity and dynamism. A Short Stay pilot is introduced to ensure 24/7 presence of diverse users. Additionally, we are working on future-proof mobility solutions, including parking.
All these initiatives contribute to our ambition to transform the Flight Forum area into a future-proof work and living environment, attractive not only to the current generation but also to future generations. Braintown, as a new partner in this development, contributes to the further realization of these objectives. We look forward to a successful shared future on Flight Forum.
